Appeared to go very well. Siding crew worked 10-11 hour days. New siding looks good. Even and neat.

The sales person, Matt, was wonderful!  Always followed up and was very professional.  He was excellent! From beginning to end, the service was great.

Everyone at Paramount Builders was very friendly and easy to work with -  from start to finish. Both Randy (who presented/showed the windows) and the install team (Howard and Mitch) were on-time, professional and courteous. Even the General Manager, Jimmy, called us two weeks after the install to ask how the windows were working for us. All very nice! I'd definitely ask for Howard and Mitch to install your windows. They were great! They were fast, but not rushed. They chatted with us a little, but not too much. The windows were pricey, but windows are. There's no way around that if you want quality windows. I have confidence that if I have any problems in the future, the service team will be responsive.

A crew of 7 showed up early in the morning and got right to work.  Pulled off all old shingles and tar paper and replaced rotted/damaged wood. Cleaned up after and got it all done in ONE day.  The attention to detail and warranty make it worth every penny.

Paramount was totally professional, prompt, courteous, and have a great product. Sales team measured the windows, and prior to installation, the operations team sent a crew member to verify the measurements Installation team was on time and very professional I have also had them install other windows and plan to have a total of 18 windows installed Additionally, they installed a storm door on the front of the house and replaced all my soffit and facie around the house

It went great.  They were very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The work went very well indeed. The trim team arrived when expected and left without leaving any mess for us to worry about. The work looks excellent & we are looking forward to many years without having to do any further maintenance on them. With impending rain (we had 6 inches the following week) the gutter crew came out on a Saturday and worked a very long day to get that work completed before the deluge arrived ... thanks very much guys!!! Overall we are very happy with Paramount starting with the Sales Rep Jeromy thru to the production teams that did a great job!!

The first visit and presentation was very good and informative.  The installation was done in a very professional manner.  We were particularly pleased with the prompt communication with us concerning our questions and the installation of windows.  The installers did a very good job in a timely manner and professional way.  They completed with a thorough clean up.  I would not hesitate to use this company for services again.

Paramount is neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but he work they do looks great.  The materials and parts all seem to be durable and well-fit--noticeably more so than those from a big chain home improvement store.  We have been pleased with the work each of the three times in the past, enough so that we have now contracted with them to do our siding.  They make sure before-hand that you are getting what you want, with samples, pictures and discussions.  Everyone is always on time and courteous, with good clean-up afterwards.  If you can get Johnny to do your trim, you will be pleased with the results.

Installation was terrific, the process went very smooth from the sales and installation. The Beau, the sales representative was very informative of the products and set us up with a great deal. The windows are very well constructed and have helped lower our energy bill.  The installation team was very professional, the team was very efficient because they were installed in the winter time and they cleaned up after themselves and took the old windows with them and I really couldn't tell that they were there after the work was done.
