Very well. I paid the $75 fee and they brought in the replacement window a few weeks later and replaced in 5 minutes. They definitely honor their widow warranties as it was the previous owner of the house that had purchase this window that had a manufacturer defect. Only downside is that the sales side of the company has tried now three times to schedule a time to come out and do an estimate to replace my wood trim with vinyl which I have no intention of replacing at this time since I am preparing to sell the house soon.

Sales rep was on time, very enthusiastic. A bit more then we hoped to spend but quality above competetors. Production- on time, very professional quick. Installation delayed 1 day by weather. Crew came second day even w/bad weather! Very pleased w/ their professionalism & look of the job.
