I Had an overall great experience with Paramount Builders.   I have made four purchases from Paramount Builders. the customer service  was great, the saleman was very professional , and I believe that I received a great product for my value .I am very happy with the products that I have received from Paramount Builders , and I would recommend them to other people to have work done. I also would like to say that the work crews were on time, were courteous , and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

They did a great job, i was extremely pleased. They came out exactly when they said they would be and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I interviewed various contractors or sales people for the work i wanted to get done. Paramount Builders sales person was the one that explained the most and really believed very highly in their products and workmanship, also the price fell in line with my budget.Overall it was a positive experience.The crew was courteous and on time.Clean up afterwards was also complete.The salesperson was trustworthy and professional.  I would recommend Paramount Builders for work on your home

They came around shortly after I moved in; I needed the windows replaced and they were very reasonably priced with a very top-line product. They put in 9 windows and their product was very high quality; which was important to me. Their product had one of the highest energy efficiency ratings and I also like their ease of maintenance. The guys did a great job on sawing and I will use them again in the future.

We purchased two large jobs from Paramount. We were so pleased with Paramount's performance and the customer service provided by Matt, our salesperson, we used him again when we needed new windows at our 2nd home. Matt was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My husband was very pleased with the quality of the product and I was very happy with the safety that the replacement windows ensures. With two small children, I love that they will replace a window even if my boys put a baseball through it! :) We will definitely use them again! 

I was very happy with the new roof. I even received a phone call a week later asking if everything was ok.

I like the materials they used. The subcontractor was very good. They weren't on time, but they made up for it. They did a very good job. I would recommend them to others. I would give them a B overall because they showed up late.

I would definitely recommend them.  I have nothing but the best to say about them expect for the price.  The price is in the middle of the road.  They did an awesome job.  They are just a great company.  They pay attention.  They take a lot of work off me because they get the permits and all of that.  They clean up their mess very well.  Once they started, I didn’t have to worry about any of it.  I even would go out and offer them something to drink but they would say, "Nay we are fine".

They quoted me a price that was way high and tried to use some sales tactics such as the guy doesn't know what he is doing when he comes out to your house then says they have to call a manager to get price differences. It was just an overall bad experience. I was told that certain things would not be charged to me but after I had paid for my bill completely they came back later and charged me more. There are lots of things that I had to have them come back out to redo on the house because the team they re-sent did a poor quality job installing it the first time. I would ask them even after they had come out the second time to reinstall the stuff that they saw was wrong. I asked them to fix some other stuff and they would not do it. Trying to get them to stop calling me afterwards is almost impossible. Even though they do not want to fix the problems that are wrong with my house they still call me and try to do service calls. They are very annoying since if they are not going to fix something why would they call me?

I give them high ratings, they are expensive, but, I will use them in the future, if needed.
