    We are purchasing a house and was told a couple days before closing that we needed a termite inspection. They showed up the day I called them, inspected and schedule the next day to do the treatment so it didn't delay our closing. Thank you all so much.

    They were responsive and evaluated the situation and provided the treatment for my home issues and provided a safe treatment that took in to account we have pets in the home.

    Had the sound of roof rats in the attic. Green machine showed up and We discussed the issue. I told them I had already set a rat trap w professional attractant in attic. They said no reason for us to go up there but you should seal off all the vents. They went up on the roof w some light wire mesh and screws he got from Home Depot. 20-30 mins and 300 dollars later Cory came down from the roof and said they were all sealed up. In hind sight I should have just done that myself as well and saved 275 dollars. In my opinion sealing off the opening of the vents does limit the access to the damn critters but it hardly locks them out so to speak. Two weeks later I still have the problem and wondering what I should do next.
