Alex who did the inspection looked at every nook and cranny and explained what he found and what the treatment would be like, including chemical used, process, and warranty. Bradley who supervised and did the treatment also explained everything in detail. Very professional and expert service!

I have PTSD with the thought of bedbugs had my son stay with me due to covid and he brought over his computer after a few days he told me his apartment is being treated for bedbugs and I flipped. I cleaned like a banshee and I'm highly allergic to them I started getting bites I don't know if my mind created them but stress was high I had my apartment pest control do an inspection it seemed so quick he didn't see anything he said wait two weeks but I kept getting random bites I called green machine for another inspection I didn't clean anything he was so thorough answered every question and even jumped in the dumpster where I threw away my cat tower as I was scared and in the end he didn't see anything and told me to get interceptors and encase our mattresses and wait two weeks to see if you see anything in the trap or keep getting more bites. He even allows me to send any questions or pictures to him on his PERSONAL PHONE! now that is great customer service you don't know how much he puts me at ease even for a little while and gives me strength to be brave. Gab is just wonderful! I would definitely recommend him. Thank you!

I have used Green Machine Pest Control for several years and have always received good, courteous service. The last two months Jamily has performed the service and she has gone above and beyond what the other technicians have done. She is very knowledgeable, extremely thorough with the spraying and makes sure to remove every cobweb. I would love to have her come back!
