Green Machine does the bi-monthly service for our home. We have been bug free since they started! They are always willing to come out and take care of any special problem we have.

First, they are nice guys. Our problem was rats. They did a good job of covering entrance points to the house with wire mesh. They put out bait traps and checked them three times. The rats didn't touch the bait. I ordered the same traps on Amazon and am setting them myself. After 3 checks they picked up the traps and left. I had a problem with their changing the scheduled time to come to check. They said it was an unusual circumstance with the technician's life that lead to the inability to stick to the schedule. I should say I have a lot of citrus that may have contributed to rats not eating the bait. If they saw this as an issue it would have been nice if they said so before charging their considerable fee. Lastly, before hiring I asked if the technician was experienced with rats and was told yes, very experienced. When he came out, the owner was with him and had to talk him through the process. I really can' t say the significance of this but it did't inspire confidence. These guys may be great at regular pest control. Mine may have been a special circumstance. Like I said I liked them personally.

I hired this company to take care of a spider issue we had and it did not help, They promised a monthly spray at a bi-monthly payment at first, then changed to bi-monthly spray and payment. The spiders came back (thank god we don't have scorpions where I am located). I called to cancel and went through them trying to up my cost and charge me monthly even though the original agreement is different than what was promised. I will say at first it seemed like a great choice and then when the pests continued and I learned they had some of the highest prices around I decided against using their services. I have already gotten multiple quotes for almost half of what they charge for a service that does not work.
