I received a call back after entering project on Home Advisor the next business day. They were interested in listening to the details of my problem (scorpions) and set up an appt for within 48 hours. The technician, Gabe, was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered my many questions without hesitation. He took his time without making it seem like he was in a hurry. After 2 days, I didn't see any scorpions. No live bugs, just dead bugs! Very impressed, already talked to several people about the very positive experience I had with Green Machine. Thank you, Gabe!
