"I just had the most amazing experience with Lillian’s. 3 Wonderful ladies, Rosa, Nora and Lowdes (not sure on the last ones name but very sweet) arrived and went to work. They did a GREAT job as I hadn’t been able to really clean in 2 months while going through cancer treatments. They were so nice but what I really want to share is THEY ARE HONEST! "Rob did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home in Pleasanton and I would highly recommend his work! His prices were very reasonable and his painting was very clean and precise. We had a couple of boards that needed to be replaced due to rot and he did an amazing job replacing them so you couldn't even tell. He even took some extra steps with the caulking and stuff that he really didn't have to do and didn't charge us extra, which is pretty rare. I wasn't sure about pressure washing the whole house beforehand but my husband was adamant and I'm glad we did because I agree it made the paint take better and have a much better finished look. Rob and his guys showed up on time and he was great about keeping in touch and communicating about the whole process, start to finish. All in all, I'm extremely happy with Rob's work and I'm having him come back to do some interior painting as well!"

"Roy explained 3 types of cleaning services. Since I hadn't cleaned my chimney in 7 years I chose the most expensive cleaning method that cost $400. Just a regular cleaning is $145. I checked another service provider who offered this same basic cleaning for 185.00. Roy came out a few days of my call when the other had a 2-3 week wait due to the holiday season. Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen. I am very weary of household service providers taking advantage of me, as a single woman, so I was cautious of Roy initially. Well, he befriended my dogs who laid with him to get pets and educated me all about chimney stuff. I figured, if my dogs liked him, he was an okay guy. So I decided to trust him and ended up purchasing the $400 service cleaning. The best part about the service was that Roy was really funny. He had me laughing so hard that no sound was coming out.
