    All he did was lay down sticky pads to catch mice. Sprayed on some styrofoam stuff under the sinks and charged $245. Still have problems with mice. Your company is a joke!

    Cody was very personable and professional and seemed very knowledgeable about how to deal with my roof rat problem.--which is evidently not an inexpensive problem to have because of follow up visits for maintenance-- i.e. inspection of traps. He did a thorough inspection and treatment of the exterior of my home from top to bottom to prevent further access and placed traps in the attic in case anybody stayed behind after their last visit. He also placed bait boxes outside to deal with any lurkers. I feel confident that Cody had specific knowledge and expertise in handling roof rat issues and that he took all appropriate measures to fully address the problem. I am writing this review the day after the work and as for effectiveness, all I can say is I didn't hear any scurrying from the attic area last night-- a good sign.
