They have excellent technicians who are very knowledgeable and highly qualified and friendly. If have an issue I can reach out to the office via email or phone, they promptly returned my calls and inquiries in a timely manner and set up a service appointment quickly. I am very satisfied with the service.

Caleb, one of the techs, came out. I loved the fact that he remembered I had other appointments, so he came early. That kind of respect is uncommon. He knew what he was doing, and displayed professionalism and superior customer service the whole time. I know about customer service and even taught a course on it at Disney Land, so when I say he delivered superior customer service, it means a lot. I would recommend Green Machine pest to anyone. Even the person who took my call originally showed exceptional awareness of my needs and schedule. GREAT JOB!!
