They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

Actually, one of the patio sliding door screens got mangled in a monsoon storm so that one was a replacement and not just a sunscreen replacement. "Six months ago we hired Greco Roman to replace about one-half of our remaining 30 year old original windows. We liked the work and the company so well that we hired them again to replace the remainder of our original windows. The windows have been expertly installed and add a new beauty to our home. We like the Greco Roman firm and its employees very much. They are easy to deal with, highly professional, responsive to our needs and reasonable in cost. Most of all, their work is top notch. Many window replacement firms simply place the new window in the ragged hole left from the old window removal, and cover the irregular opening with a plastic flange around the perimeter of the new window. Greco Roman actually repairs the dry wall and plaster to seal around the new window and restore both the exterior and interior instead of just covering it up. This is a much better method and it takes more work to do it correctly. We appreciate their approach to doing the job right."

"I hired Redline Windows to replace 5 window screens and replace a broken Kitchen window. They did a very professional job and the installer Louis was a most honest workman. One of my window screens got ordered in the wrong size, and Redline Windows honorably owned up to the mistake, ordered the correct size replacement, and made an extra trip from Peoria to Tempe to deliver the replacement screen. Many companies would have tried to charge me extra, but Redline Windows did the extra work without charging me one extra penny.
