Worst customer service ever!! This was their response regarding our preschool. - I understand the cause of concern with ensuring enough time to allow children in the building after service is completed, however this coming service is your scheduled Bimonthly service in which is why we are not able to request the technician to come after 5:30pm. Although your concerns are for the Interior and can have the lights on while the technician is servicing, they would still have to complete your exterior service as well as ensuring the technician is able to complete their route in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the accommodations that was made for your May service was a onetime exception and we would not be able to fulfill that request at this time. If you would like to stay on service, I would be able to keep you on schedule with the same Time window of the 11 and 2 for the exterior only and then send someone out for an extra $99.
The inspection was great, the work does not start until feb 4, 2024.
They were great the first time they came out. Actually, did their job spent over an hour treating the yard and the property. The next six times they came out they literally sprayed the fence line around the house and left. so when the backyard started being overrun with fleas again, I was not happy to say the least being as how they were coming out once a month. When I called to cancel due to them not performing their job spoke with the manager, letting her know that I have his guy on camera and exactly what was being done. Proceeded to argue with me and tell me he would send me to collections if I didn’t pay the bill that his technician was here being here and doing what he’s being paid to do are two different things. Personally, I would never hire this company again. Not to mention if you refused to pay the bill for them refusing to do their job they will send you to collections
I recently concluded a one-year contract with Fast Action Pest Control Services, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Over the contract period, I noticed that the company uses low-quality products, which significantly impacts the effectiveness of their pest control solutions. Despite their promises of top-notch service, the results have been disappointing. A more concerning issue arose when my contract ended. Without prior notice or communication, Fast Action Pest Control sent an agent to my home to apply their pest control solution. This unexpected visit and service application were made without my consent, leading to considerable inconvenience. Adding to the frustration, the company has been persistently calling me, demanding a $99 payment for the recent service, even though my contract had already expired. This pushy and aggressive approach to billing is unprofessional and unsettling. Based on my experience, I highly advise against hiring Fast Action Pest Control Services if you seek peace of mind and reliable pest control solutions. Their use of inferior products, lack of communication, and aggressive billing practices make them a poor choice for anyone looking for dependable, hassle-free pest control services.
I hired them for a year contract but the services they provided was the lowest quality. After a year contract they sent their agent for the services without to inform me about it that my contract has been ended and did not ask me do I want to renew my contract or not? They are pushing their services on customer because they know that no one is happy with them. Now they are keep calling and asking for $99 which I did not ask for the service they sent their agent for the service. I highly recommend avoiding this company for any type of service you are looking for.
