Quick response time and scheduling of an estimate and appointment. The gentleman providing the estimate indicated there were newer ways to deter rats from entering the house, so I was willing to hire. However, the grates installed at the roof junctions were what I would have and could have done myself. The A/C wiring gap was plugged with expanding foam. All of the excess expanding foam that was used will need to be chiseled or sanded before painting can be done to conceal the color. *** update *** after sealing up the access points, a rat was still able to find a way into my hood vent above the stove and died there. 1st tech could only provide charcoal odor absorbing blocks to reduce the smell and couldn't locate the body for removal. Maggots appeared 2 days later, but no one could be sent until 5 days after the maggots appeared. Not at all pleased w/ the lack of service, and am only receiving apologies for delays and that they cannot help. Would not recommend this company.
