I was impressed by the timeliness, courtesy and customer service. It's hard to rate the work quality because I've never had termite work before, and necessarily, I can't see the actual product application.

Needed a simple Pest Inspection, instead got an unneeded structural inspection and a list of prices for how they could fix the deficits. Oh, and now we have to get a full roof and structural inspection to complete what was a simple home refinance. Not pleased at all, it may not be called a conflict of interest according to Better Business but this was inexcusable.

Fast Action Pest Control came out to my apartment complex this week. There was no notice from the company when they arrived to spray pesticides around the perimeter of the apartment complex. I was in my backyard doing yoga when I was suddenly sprayed in the face and over the upper half of my body. The worker was insincerely apologetic and told me *soap and water* and *I do not have to tell anyone when I spray the property.* This is completely inappropriate and I am highly outraged by this incident. This is not the only illegal incident I have now encountered with this company. Early April, one of the workers of Fast Action Pest Control placed a bait box of Brodifacoum [a 2nd generation anticoagulant rodenticide] in my backyard without asking to enter my property, let alone place this highly lethal rodenticide. I am highly disappointed in the actions of this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
