After spraying for bugs ants came out of kitchen cabinets.office said they would have to charge again to come out a second time. First time was $ 215 dollars for about 20 minutes of work.

They were very fast at booking me a next day appt! They guaranteed service!... they came n fogged my kitchen and sprayed the rest of house!... I still see a few roaches but they did tell me that they wouldn't be completely gone until the second treatment in 30 days!... so far so good!...

Our estimate was for 6-7 hours of termite work in drilling the concrete, injecting the chemical, trenching 3-4 " around the entire home and placing chemical in the trench. Two workers were on site for 1.5 hours. They left my garage in disarray, leaving heavy items they moved in place without returning them to their original location. I can find no evidence of trenching around our home, which makes me wonder if they actually did that portion of the job. This morning I found evidence of dry concrete patch in the street drain in from of our home with the lid to the patch bucket down in the public drain. I am not happy with these results. I placed a call to the estimated and he was responsive, however what I have determined about their work does not equate with his explanations of how our home was serviced.

I am happy so far....make sure you tell people an appointment times means a two hour window. I did not know this. Also I have not yet had the work done, but it is scheduled. I very much liked Titus and I hope I will be as happy with the folks that come to do the work. This time I know there is a window, so will be more understanding of having to wait.
