I wish they would have moved my giant planter in the front yard back where it was. They left it on a tilt, and thank God we noticed it and moved it back before it crashed on the concrete and broke. Otherwise, very satisfied.

The company who came out in 2013 set traps for the rats and had the job done in 2 weeks. They came out every 5 days to collect the traps and place new ones. This company puts out mostly bait. We still have sightings of a rat 2 weeks later in the house. They said they would be back this week. They did not come. They had my sister sign a contract for every other month spraying. I don't need that, I need rat control. I don't even know if they closed up all the holes. The last company closed up all the holes and we had no more issue until now. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of confidence in their service. They only charge 300 dollars and the last company charged 500. I told them this when they came out but they said this was their standard rate. I feel like they just wanted to lock me into a pest control for a year.
