Felix & Adam, showed up on time! :) They where professional, courteous, friendly, and honest. They kept us informed of the process every step of the way! Helped my husband put back the bench and other items, after they were done. Just two wonderful people. Would highly recommend this company for pest control.

The company was very responsive to our call. The installers arrived early. They were very professional and completed the installation on time. We had four areas that needed bird barriers. It seemed a bit expensive, but they also cleaned and sterilized the areas where the birds had been nesting. My only issue is that the barriers are unattractive, but having the pigeons gone is wonderful.

The person that came out clearly was not trained in identifying dry rot, as I have one section where a window was removed that has it. The areas the inspector noted are just damaged and warped being 62 years old and were filled in with foam which does discolor overtime. Not dry rotted, so now I get to pay for ANOTHER inspection. Yay! If you just need to know about termites you should be fine hiring them.
