So far, I am exceedingly pleased with inspection service for rodent control provided by Joe Barnes. He was knowlegeable, informative, and above all thorough, patient and generous with his time and explanation of the situation. He promptly returned calls, as promised. An asset to the company. A keeper. I know because I tried another bid and they could not even come close to Joe's work perfomance. If the job scheduled is as good as Joe demonstrated by his inspection, Fast Action is indeed an excellent, A-1 company.

We just purchased our house and previous owners did not tell us there had been a roof rat problem. We went straight to HomeAdvisor and got the help we needed. Our guy Pedro, was on time and did the job done, He explained everything he did and why. Also, told us what to expect and to call if we had any questions on his treatment to our house.
