Good work done and no more birds issues. Only issue was just trying to schedule the service seems like most available times were a week or more away. But they did eventually come and got the job done.

Their report was underwhelming. There was no write-up about their inspection because the inspector didn't find anything worth noting. The report was several pages of boilerplate and how they would conduct pest control. In the report, there were 5 boxes where various types of infestations would be checked, with a diagram of the house, and a section for how problems would be identified. In a Notes section, it only said my property would benefit from a "safe application of chemicals". I guess, since none of the boxes were checked, they figured nothing else needed to be said regarding their finding no evidence of infestation.

Very professional. Found to be average pricing. Not pushed to go beyond to pay for the problem that I requested (found flying termites) like other companies did. However their prices were cheaper for an annual service. Long story short I hired them for a year. They even cleaned up the cob webs on my house. Under the 2nd story eves and places unreachable. ??
