I needed a Termite Inspection for refinancing our mortgage. I expected to pay $90-$100...and Fast Action came in at the right price...$99. They responded the same day and performed the inspection the next day. They were curious and professional. The inspection took about an hour.

Horrible customer service, I only gave them .5 star because no stars wasn't an option..... I hired them to come out to find a dead rodent. they couldn't find it so they left an "odor bag" which they told me would take care of the smell within 24 hrs. the odor didn't go away. I waited 48 hours before calling them to see what they could do, thinking the odor bag may have been defective since it did not work as i was told it would. I was told because i signed a paper consenting to a one time treatment i would have to pay an additional $59 for them to come out and place another bag. This is on top of the $99 I was charged for my appointment. I would definitely NOT recommend them!!

I am sorry for the bad experience and customer service you felt you were given, When we accepted this opportunity we advised that for dead rodents it is NOT GUARANTEED as sometimes these dead rodent's can be in accessible areas, we tried our best to find the rodent and based on service tag it shows the tech was out for over an hour on his visit and could not locate any rodents. Our only option is to place out odor bags to try and mask the smell.
