I called the company in the morning and got an appointment for that afternoon. The young man quickly found the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and how he fixed it. He was very polite and very professional.

I would like to start out this review with some context. My wife and I moved to the WV panhandle area last year, into a "fixer upper" and have been working on our house for the last year doing a combination of contractor and DIY work, and at this point have a lot of experience trying to get contractors to do work for us, which has for some reason been exceptionally hard over the last year. Many contractors would not do anything, avoid our calls, we even had an electrician tells us not to call him back because he didnâ t want to work in our attic, so our current expectations of contractors in the area is pretty low. With that being said, Doorserv Pro blew us away with their top notch customer service. I emailed them on a recommendation of a neighbor at around 3PM a week ago to come check out our garage doors, and the owner swung by my house at 5pm that day to check out our situation. We were not pushed toward the most expensive option, but were advised on what they thought worked best for us while taking into account our budget needs. All prices were in line with what we were seeing along other avenues. The installation was scheduled for 2 days after agreeing pricing and scope, which in the times of COVID and supply chain disruptions is a little unheard of. The installers gave me a range of 10am-12pm when they would show up, and showed up promptly at 10:15. They were courteous, and obviously enjoyed doing a job well. The installation looks lovely, and works as expected. Would highly recommend this business and team to anyone.
