Courteous, fast response. My garage door spring broke and I couldn't raise the heavy door manually. I made a call and explained my situation. The gentleman calmly explained the work including upgrading to a two spring system vs the original one, gave the tech's name, when to expect him and exactly what the costs would be . The Tech arrived promptly , made the needed repairs plus extra maintenance (greasing the chains and rollers and securing the wiring better), he explained what he was doing and why. All work completed in the same day requested. Very pleased with my experience from this company in this age where customer satisfaction isn't always considered a priority. I will be using Door Serv Pro for any garage door needs in the future.

Door Serv Pro technician was prompt courteous and proffesional. He arrived within an hour of my request call. He resolved our door closing issues very quickly and also lubricated our tracks to reduce the noise. After the the completion of the job I received a follow up call from the manager to ensure that I was pleased with the service. I would indeed use this company again.
