My spring snapped and Door Serv Pro called me back right away and put me on the schedule for the next day. The Technician arrived early and was courteous and professional. He quickly replaced the spring with 2 springs and explained that is one snaps, at least I will still have a working door. Then he greased the rollers etc. leaving it working smoother and quiet than before and explained that it would help the opener last longer. Overall great service in a pinch. I highly recommend Door Serv Pro!

Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. They gave us several options at different price ranges and never pressured us. We will definitely call them when we decide to replace the other garage doors.

Door Serve really earned the PRO designation in their name. They replaced two garage door openers quickly and expertly. The install is very tidy and the openers are super quiet and easy to operate with WiFi.
