The gentleman arrived on time (perhaps 10 minutes early). Assessed my door. Explained to me what happened and how he was going to fix it. I was missing a bearing/roller. Instead of selling me a new one, he scoured my garage looking for it. Found it! He was able to repair my garage door in about 20 minutes. There was a small gap (less than 1/4) at the top of the door, and he explained how he was going to fix it! Wow he was fast. He even did a quick look over at the other door. Both doors got a little WD40- the silicone kind.--who knew there were two different kinds- thanks for explaining. What was most impressive was the young man himself. He didn't talk down to me, he was appropriately dressed and groomed, he was friendly yet professional. He didn't get side tracked with personal information. He spoke very professionally about his company, didn't say anything negative about the "other guys"; no trash talking....and never ever eluded to working "under the table or side work". Cannot say enough positive comments about the service and price. Thank you!

Garage door replacement will be completed shrtly after 5 Jul7 2019 therefore, I do not yet have an answer for some of your questions, My initial impression is that the Door Serv Pro rep was very knowledgeable and he was able to give me complete information without delay.
