Door Serv Pro was able to come and fix my garage door pretty much 2 hours after I had called them! Their serviceman Cam was very knowledgeable and determined the problem (broken spring) within minutes. He explained what he would be doing, gave an estimate, AND gave an estimated completion time. I had expressed that our other garage door was squeaky. He provided me with information on how to solve that issue. He showed me the WD-40 that they used, and where to apply it on to the door. Thank you so much, Cam! Very professional company! I highly recommend!

The company owner Paul responded to my request within minutes.Knowing they were going to be closed for new years starting at 4pm that day Paul stated he couldn't leave us without a working garage door.He had a young man an hour away from my location which he sent to repair the garage door.Pauls worker was very polite and had a lot of knowledge and made the repairs within an hour.Im very satisfied with this company.
