Paul did a very difficult job for me with complete commitment to finishing the job on time and getting it right. My door needed a remote replacement and was so old and out of date that it was impossible to even find a part that would fit. But Paul found it, after 3 tries and came to my house 3 times to work until he succeeded. I ended up paying for a normal house call and the cost of a part. I would say that he probably lost money on my project but his sense of integrity is so high that he made it right even at his own expense. I recommend this company and Paul without reservation if you want a job done right by a professional.

I was very grateful for the quick response that was provided. My issue took place on Friday evening after hours and I will tell everyone that I was so impressed with how quick the issue was found the door spring and the quick plan that was put in place. My door works better than new and I highly recommend Serv Pro. This is truly a company that values the customers and understands what it takes to get the problem fixed quick.
