If you are looking for a garage professional look no further. Paul (Owner) has every quality needed to be successful, not to mention over 25 years experience in this field. When I called I was connected straight to him, he came out the same day (within 4 hours of my initial call) to review my project - to replace a panel on my garage door that was damaged. He is very professional, well presented, he is extremely knowledgeable (he used to build custom garage doors, so when I tell you he knows his business he has built them, repaired them and installed them, he knows all makes and models, and nothing fazes him), he communicates better than any other professional I have hired (he told me when he would pick up the replacement panel, when he would call me to arrange fitting it and when he would likely be able to fit the door all on the initial assessment and he stuck exactly to the schedule he outlined, he was extremely punctual), he goes the extra mile (after fitting the replacement panel he also greased all 3 of my garage doors and showed me how to do them), when I paid Paul, I wrote him a check, and he emailed me a receipt within a couple of minutes of receiving my payment. Did I mention he also gives military and senior discounts, you won't regret hiring him, he is prompt, courteous, and he did an excellent job; we are delighted with his work. Thank you Paul.

Service is outstanding... Professionalism, integrity, and passionate about service. This is how I would describe the company & Paul. I called on a Saturday after 8pm and my call was returned within 2 minutes. I explained the problem and the customer service rep informed me that someone would be there by 2:30 the next day (she was amazing and knowledgeable). Paul was there by 1pm, looked over the problem and presented me with options. We agree on a solution and scheduled a fix date (tomorrow at noon). Gave him the code to the garage and he informed me that he text me we he arrived. Received a text (early again) letting me that he was there, and less than an hour got another text: finished. Converted my entire system fast & at a reasonable price. For this reason he is now my door guy. Great company & good dude... Its rare that a view someone in a positive light... Much Respect!
