Very fast service, professional. The tech obviously knew what to do to fix the problem door as he had it working fine within 20 minutes of his arrival, and explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He also told me to call back if we had any more problems with the door. They provide a 90 warranty on their work. Requested service via Home Adviser and received a call within 30 minutes to schedule appointment for the next morning. We are very pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I had new garage doors and motors installed in less than a week! Paul was very good to work with and explained everything up front. He kept in contact with us while we decided what we wanted and was back out 2 days later for the install. If had had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate on calling him back. Very pleased and the doors look great.

I very happy with the whole process. The initial contact was timely and information provided was clear and concise. We scheduled the appointment within a week of our first conversation. They were unable to meet the initial scheduled time (11:00) but were great at communicating the issue prior to the installation time. They contacted me more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to let me know they were running a little behind (30 minutes) and to verify that I would still be available for the installation. Once they arrived the technician was great. The installation took approximately 45 minutes and the technician did an outstanding job going over the features, testing the new unit and working with me to complete the configuration. I would highly recommend Door Serv Pro to anyone looking to have work done on their garage door or garage door opener.
