Cam, our door technician worked alone and was very efficient and knowledgeable in the handling of installing the new garage door and also in replacing our door opener! Cam, represents his company very well and upholds all the superior reviews I'd read about them prior to signing the contract.

I told them clearly what the problem was and what I had done to try and resolve it as well as what was needed. $135 later the problem remains, they did nothing I didn't already try and they had no solution after I waited 2 extra hours for them to arrive. I would not call them for any future work as $135 for literally 15 minutes of work that merely replicated my own efforts was a waste. I could have spent that on a new garage door opener so home Depot. I am very displeased and would not recommend them for repairs.

Spring on my garage door broke Tuesday night ,I called Door Serve Pro Weds. morning .Eric said he would get a tech. out to fix it, In less than three hours after I called they had my door fixed at a fair price. The tech was very professional.

Was charged $135 for service call lasting 15 minutes.

Excellent experience and recommend this company highly. Spring broke on Sunday afternoon so thought I'd get a head start on having a pro contact me, anticipating the calls on Monday . Within moments of posting my job I received a call. Based on the project cost feature on Home Advisor, the inquiry if this was an emergency, the recommended repair and quote for that repair, and the quick appointment arrangement let me agree on the spot. The gentleman called to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly, did all the work in less than an hour, cleaned up all the extraneous bits from the work, and explained what he had done. I couldn't ask for better service. While I hope I don't need their services anytime soon, I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

There was a minor miscommunication early in our transaction, however they went out of their way to correct this problem. They are very professional and want only to give good service for good value. The miscommunication had to do with their supplier not getting the product to them in a good time and had little to do with Door Serv Pro.
