Thanks, price quoted was less than previous company. Door pro called but didn’t seem to be Angi referred & quoted higher price. Not sure how our number was obtained. Tech wouldn’t answer how.

The tech who arrived - on time - did not tell me ahead of time how much the cost would be to replace the electric eyes on my garage door opener. His English was very hard for me to understand, so I was unsure of what exactly he was about to do. He replaced the parts in less than 15 minutes, tested it, then told me the cost was $298.10. I was shocked. I wrote a check for that amount & gave it to him. He gave me no receipt, no itemized statement. Just took the check & left. I should have complained but I was so shocked, I just stood there. So I not only got heavily overcharged but feel like a damn fool. The door opener does work & I did pay so I have no legal complaint but I am definitely not happy. If he had told me ahead of time that it would cost nearly $300, I would never have approved the repair.

The Mam who came out was excellent . Miguel did a great job and definitely knew what he was doing . I feel lucky to have had him handle the project . on a scale of one to five he is a 7. Glad I used Door Mart

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
