I was disappointed with the quote. I told Pete my spring had broken on my garage door and he quoted me $150. When the repair guy showed up he informed that it would be $225 because both springs were broken. I should have been asked if I had one or two springs since they are the experts and they should have known to ask that question, that should be the first question that is asked. I was told that the repair guy would show up between 9 and 11, probably closer to 9 but he did not show up till 11. The repair guy was quick in fixing the spring, he was done in about 20 minutes. I would recommend them but tell people about my experience.

$139.00 for the work performed seems rather expensive. Small adjustment of the door and spray on the rollers....

They were very prompt, efficient and thorough in repairing my roll up garage door. The door works better now than when it was first installed. They were also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommed them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Door-Mart completed installation of the automatic opener on my garage door. Within two months, I had an issue with the belt after needing to engage the emergency cord. After re-engaging the emergency lever, the opener would not function correctly. I called the company and spoke to the owner. He was extremely hostile on the phone and refused to help me with the issue in a respectful and customer service-oriented manner. I will never, never, never recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately, the customer could not accept that the subsequent problem was caused by owner error. Door-Mart did send a service person to the home, fixed the problem for free and confirmed that there was no installation or manufacturer issue; just owner error. Door-Mart stands behind all of it's work and manufacturer product warranties.

The person who came out to the house was personable and straightforward. When I decided to get a new door installed, he set up an appointment within two days. The installation was done quickly and he even repaired a portion of the structure that wasn't part of the installation. He explained how the new door worked clearly. I felt I was dealing with a straightforward, friendly guy. My only concern was that the price seemed a bit high. But my overall experience was very positive.
