Write a ReviewI called door mart. They actually called me at 9:30 while I was at work. Had a repair guy come by 11:30 and fix it super fast replace 2 steel cables and 2 drum wheels that hold garage up thanks very much. I recommend to anyone who needs speed and quality.

Although the job was only an adjustment the repairman treated the job as if it was best job ever. He checked all the doors and parts making sure that there were no other concerns

They came out twice, did not fix the problem, recommended me to pay $1500 for new doors. And charged me $124. When I call them the third time, they told me that they will have to charge me again because they recommended the new doors. I do not need the doors. The sensors are not working. My hard wares might need updating but it's not the problems I call them about.
To Whom This May Concern: Our company was dispatched out to this property to replace the customer's garage door safety sensors. Our company was contracted to perform only the replacement of customer?s safety sensors with a brand new set. Upon our diagnostic, we informed our customer that her safety sensors were not her only issue with her garage door. In order for her garage door to come to a fully working and operable state, she was provided an option and recommended to replace her older style tilt up garage door hardware. She was also provided with a second option of replacing her garage doors with brand new garage doors due to fact that her existing doors use a non-standard garage door hardware in which parts can be uncommon or difficult to work-on and/or find. The customer proceeded at the time ONLY to move forward with the garage door safety sensors. She chose to decline the other recommended options. We performed the replacement of the safety sensors the same day and concluded the work to the contract specifications. Our company was then informed that she was still experiencing issues with her garage door when closing and opening the door became difficult at times. We sent our technician back out to double check our work to determine again that her issue with her garage door is being caused by her older hardware in which she was presented the options to replace. The customer declined further repairs and has not allowed for us to come to a resolution to fix her garage door. We strive for 100% excellence, but understand that sometimes that is not always possible. We hope you will reconsider your review after utilizing our services to replace your hardware. The gentleman arrived on time and realigned the door within a short period of time; he was very pleasant.

The repairman was on time and explained our problem in layman's terms. He was thorough and went that 'extra mile' to make sure we got what we needed even though it involved an extra trip for him the following day. He was cheerful throughout the complete repair process. We are very happy with the result.
Work performed quickly. The service tech even showed me what to do to prevent the problem in the future.
