THEY REPLACE MY GARAGE DOOR IN ONE DAY, AND THEY WARE CLEAN. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY WARE SUPOSED TO INSTALL A RUBBER SEAL ON THE FLOOR TO SEAL UNEVEN CONCRETE BUT THEY DIDN'T.
I emailed your serivce about my broken garage door spring and minutes later at 8:45 pm, Pete called and let me know he could do the job, the very next day, without paying a premium. Sure enough, 8:15 am, Sean arrived, with the correct hardware and started to work immediately. His quick work allowed me to get to work on time and I am very happy with the quality of his work.
The service tech arrived on time and seemed to know what he was doing. Spent 10 minutes on the job. Only wrinkle is that both he and phone reservationist said "service call price would be DEDUCTED from the bill if work is done then." This was not clearly marked on the bill so to me it was logical to subtract service call from the bill. We finally agreed that the tech already deducted it but did not mark it on receipt. They need to get that clearly stated and itemized on bill.

Overall experience with this service provider is not good. When I talked to them on the phone, they didn't mention that they charged an estimate for coming to take a look at the problem. When their service man came and gave an estimate of $285 to repair replace the gear assembly in the opener, I said we would think about it and call him later. To this he said he charges an estimate fee of $69. After negotiation, he was willing to reduce the cost of repair to $225 which I think is still price gouging for a less than one hour job. I felt he hijacked the situation since he was already at the house. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
We are sorry that the customer would not recommend us again. We provided prompt service and our prices are usually below most competitors for the same parts and service. Door-Mart always backs up it's work and the manufacturer's products that we sell and install. This particular service included more work than is stated above. We strive to offer value and timely service to all.
Technician arrived on time and took only 10 minutes to adjust a mal-functioning garage door. What was confusing is that I was told that the service call of $59 would be subtracted from the final bill if I decided to go ahead and have the work done. The final bill was $89 but instead of subtracting the $59, he said that if he had come back another day, then the service call would be subtracted. I called the office and was told again that the service call would be subtracted but when the office realized it would be $30, then the story switched to say that he was not charging a service call fee. They need to get their story straight.
