It was a lot more expensive for our repairs than I thought it would be. But the entire experience was hassle free. They showed up ready to fix it on the day we were only supposed to be getting an estimate. So I told them to go ahead and do it. He had to come back the next day with a part to finish the job. He showed up bright early and finished quite quickly. He reattached our wall button to the wall and programmed my in-car remote and gave us another one for my husband that he programmed also. Nice guy...all-in-all a good experience.

Sean was quick and efficient and identified the problem (door opener was fine but actual door aligment was off and was rubbing against the top of the garage top opening preventing it from clsoing all the way).

They sent some guys out and they seemed to do a pretty good job, but now the door is hitting the roof of the garage in areas and knocking down the sheet rock... I'd love it if they would come out and adjust?

They were very responsive with e-mail contact and job scheduling. Arriving as scheduled, the installer was knowledgeable about garage doors and efficiently made the installation. Cleanup was thorough. There was an error with billing that I initially paid and am now working out the remedy with Pete. (Door Mart owner) I expect to resolve the difference soon.
