Arrived 30 mintutes late after the two hour window. Also arrived with children and had a rude persona. He attempted to leave without putting the cover back together. When I went out to his vehicle to flag him down before leaving to request that he put the cover back together, he gave me a deep sigh as though I was bothering him. I also believe that I may have fixed my own garage because I had unplugged it and it probablly reset iteself but he stated he push in some wire. My fault that I did not test it before allowing him to work on it.

The motion sensor was misaligned and the door would not open and close properly. They quickly adjusted both of the sensors, secured them more tightly, checked the door mechanism, and reprogrammed one of the remotes

They scheduled at the same day I called and came at my home on time. The guy replaced the spring very quickly and spent a lot of time on securing a hinge without extra charge.
