The company did the work needed but they charged a 600% markup on the springs and tried to sell me new cables for $199 that are $20 on Amazon. They would not warranty a failure on the door cable (which was not frayed but had a couple kinks in it) unless I paid their 1000% cable markup. I chose not to. The kinks will work out rolling under tension. Using warranty as a way to coerce a customer to pay exorbitant prices for parts isn?t cool.

Quick response. The business contacted us in couple hours and a contractor came to repair the garage door next day. The technician name is Devin, he swiftly diagnosed the problem, and gave us quote. Unfortunately, we could not compare the rate so we are not sure if we were charged the right amount. We wanted the door to be repaired before the next storm. Devin had the parts to repair the door. Initially he gave warranty for 2 months but we negotiated it for six months for the sections he repaired.
