Robert arrived promptly. He first offered his business card. He examined the requested work, and explained his plan. He completed the work in a short time. What a pleasant surprise to come home to see my couch looking brand new again. After taking care of my children’s dogs, we had slobber and hair everywhere on my beautiful gray sectional . Returning home to see the beautiful work that was completed restoring my couch to perfection. It feels great and we’re so pleased with the hard work that Robert from Archer completed ! Absolutely incredible and professional!

I called Archer to clean my upholstery, one of which was stained with recent cat urine. Rob, the owner, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was professional and quickly but thoroughly completely the job. My sofa shows no signs of stains and the smell has vanished significantly. All 4 pieces are very clean and look like new! When he was finished, he advised me as to the upkeep of furniture and even gave me recommendations on replacing the sofa cushions when needed! Rob was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend.
