We agreed to a fair price. We booked an appointment less than 10 days out. They showed up on time and charged exactly what we agreed to. The job took longer than expected but they stayed and completed the job with no extra fee. On top of that, the crew were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Five star service.

Robert Archer came the morning after I spoke to him about the job, which involved area rug and upholstery cleaning. He and his assistant worked fast and did a great job. They were able to almost completely remove stains in upholstery that I thought were permanent. Robert explained everything he did as he went. Highly recommend. We will use him again.

Very friendly crew and they described in detail how they would clean rugs and upholstery! Answered all my questions regarding the process ! They arrived early and went right to work cleaning the carpets etc ! Very professional workers , I would recommend them without question ! And the price was right for what I needed done ! Archers is the way to go if you want your carpets and upholstery cleaned professionally!
