Carpet cleaning:: results not quite as good as expected. Techn. arrived 1/2 hr late. Dragged dirty/wet hose full length of the house. Some heavy furniture items are not moved, leaving uncleaned spots. No explanation of procedure before starting. Not sure exactly what was done. Paid by check, did not get a receipt. Tech was asked for est. drying time (6 hr). Carpet was left soaking wet and required 8+ hrs to dry with fans blowing and windows open. Wet carpet looked good but after drying, heavily traveled areas still visible. Dry carpet feels stiff to the touch. Owner/manager did not visit site or inspect job. Probably would have improved results from OK to VERY GOOD and Cost (higher than other telephone estimates ) might have been justified.
