My window of work was between one and 230 but I was told they would be there about 11. I received a phone call around two saying they were running late and they unfortunately didnâ t show up until 430. They were very apologetic and they did clean my carpeting which came out very well. They were polite friendly and professional.

Please note: I hired them in February 2021. The owner gave me misinformation regarding who would be moving furniture around. Workers came and said they were not doing that. The water in the truck was also frozen, so they had to use my water. Another thing the owner said they would not have to do. One of the workers had a tantrum due to not being able to reach the owner (he screamed in the car). This was a chaotic experience! I specifically asked the owner if now would be a good time to clean the carpet since it is so cold-he said his trucks have built-in heaters to handle it. That too was a lie. The workers kept trying to call the owner, who did not pick up the phone the whole time but had no problem calling me to square up later that evening. The carpet was cleaned subpar. I am writing this now because I received a flyer in the mail that the (former) owner is now into real estate. No, buddy, I would NEVER TRUST YOU to be an agent. NEVER!
