Did not come with the proper equipment, if you are not supervising he would not do the work properly, he did not rinse and vacuum the rugs, I do not think he even touched the chair, it is dirty

This customer left immediately when I began working but before she left I went over my cleaning and she stood two feet away from my van while I setup for her to say I didn't do anything is bogus she watched me shampoo both her chair and rugs then took off while the husband watched the rest of my work in her driveway I steamed right in front of him! This chair was older than me fabric falling apart torn everywhere and extremely dirty most looked the same after using over 200 degrees water with a truck mount and shampoo and scrubbing it down steaming with a wand there will always be one out of hundreds of customers who acts this way
