I had a couch and loveseat cleaned. They came out great! I also had him do an area rug that came out great. While he was here I asked about a dryer vent cleaning and he said he could do it while he was here! I had him clean the vent. Great prompt service! His prices were very reasonable and I will definitely use this service again! Thank you Rob!

Two men arrived on time and immediately went to work on my carpets and area rugs. Robert (owner) explained how everything works and easily answered any questions that I had. After a couple of hours they finished leaving my carpets and rugs cleaning and smelling sweet. I would definitely use them again.

Robert Archer of Archers Carpet cleaning was a pleasI ure to do business with. He responded promptly with an estimate and showed up on time for the appointment. He provides a variety of helpful services. In addition to cleaning my one carpet I also had him clean out the dryer vent in a rental property. When he gave me an estimate it was a firm price and he did not try to upsell me. In addition to steaming the carpet, he vacuumed, then washed, steamed, protected, and deodorized. He also spent time educating me on why he does the process he does. I would highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future.

This company is very easy to work with and quick to respond. I was looking to get my upholstery clean within the week. However, they had a cancellation for the next day, which worked for the both of us. They were prompt on arrival, worked quickly to complete the job and informed me of a possible hazard with my water hose. That was greatly appreciated, since I would hate to have a burst pipe. I will be hiring them again to do my tile floors. They will definitely be recommended to my family and friends. If you want good customer service, this a business that will meet your needs.

David did a very thorough job cleaning the floor and dryer vents. I was very pleased with the service. I will hire Archer Cleaning Service again in the future and also refer them to my neighbors and friends.
