Robert answered my call first, while I was still on the phone with the referral agency! Then he texted, with all his contact info. I called back directly, in the afternoon, and we made an appointment for the following morning! He showed up on time, performed the job quickly and perfectly, and I paid h the amount he quoted. He also did some spot cleaning on upholstery. Amazing!

I highly recommend Archers carpet cleaning. The owner, Robert, was very professional and personable. I knew instantly that he takes an enormous amount of pride in his company. He booked us for 8 am and pulled into my driveway at exactly 8 am. He came in to look at what was being cleaned and explained everything he was going to do. The carpets came out great !! As soon as I had entered my request to have my upholstery cleaned, I received a call from Robert Archer. He quoted me a price and set up a time for the service a few days later. Robert arrived on time, introduced himself and his cleaning technique and set about the job. He worked diligently and efficiently and the chairs looked beautiful after they were cleaned. He even tried to remove an old stain that a professional company could not remove, at no cost, because he couldn’t guarantee the stain would come out! Robert’s prices were very reasonable and he was entirely professional. I would definitely recommend his services.
