The service was prompt and the price was reasonable. There was no upselling. The owner communicated with us about future care of the carpets. We were disappointed that the carpet in the living room still had a big stain on it and one of the bedrooms still had the marks where the furniture had been. Maybe the stains and marks can not be removed. We will probably have to replace the carpets in those rooms.
