They mostly did a good job on the furniture. But the dirty water actually stained the sofa and chairs under the cushion. I put one of the cushions back before the sofa completely dried (my fault) and that cushion got stained from the dirty sofa. They should have changed out the water as they worked. I have to imagine the dirt I am seeing in the furniture bed is also in the upholstery but is just less obvious. Not happy.

Robert did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. He is very easy to work with and also very accomodating. I'll be calling him to freshen/clean my living room furniture !

Robert was very professional and thorough. He and Jaime did a wonderful job cleaning the air vents and the dryer vent. I will definitely hire Damage Control again.
