Reviews
Write a ReviewDamian and Ricky did wonderful work in cleaning out the crawl space of my home, a major project. Damian was great at communicating with me throughout the job, even making sure the chemicals used to disinfect the space would not affect my asthma. I greatly appreciate the work of these two professionals. Thanks!
I found this company online. I sent in a request for quote, they called the next day and had a technician come out a day later. They did a good assessment and mentioned that they would reach out in 4-6 weeks. They contacted me within that timeframe, showed up a day earlier due to a cancellation, and did a great job. My house's crawlspace no longer smells like a ton of dead rats. 9/10 would recommend. Caden, Harlen, Royal and Andre did great.
We recently had some critter activity under our house that caused a little bit of damage. We called the Crawlspace Crew to come take a look and estimate the needed repairs. They investigated under our house and gave us a thorough and detailed estimate along with pictures of the area. Estimate itemized to include materials (plastic sheeting, insulation etc), PPE, trash removal, sealing potential openings and more line items than I can remember. They recommended pest control company that they frequently work with as I had told them my current pest control company was not satisfying my needs. Once my pests were eliminated, a team of two showed up to perform the repairs. My crawlspace entrance is in the coat closet right inside the front door. Not ideal, but that’s where it is at. The team (Francisco, Joey and Ricardo) did a great job with plastic/tape to protect the walls, doors, carpet etc to keep dirt, insulation, contamination to a minimal as they drag stuff in and out of the crawlspace. They completed the repairs in one day (sooner than expected). The crew was friendly, professional and willing to answer all of our questions as the project progressed. When they were done, we just had to wipe down door knobs and put stuff back in the closet. They took all the plastics, insulation and trash that was taken from under our house(as was detailed in the estimate). It was like they were never there. Here is my 3 key takeaways: They were clean They were professional They did exactly what was in the estimate We had a great experience and would recommend the Crawlspace Crew. Best of all…we did not have to go under our house.
Andre and Royal worked in my crawlspace today. They removed a vapor barrier that had rodent waste on it, sprayed the exposed wood and installed a new vapor barrier. Both young men were timely and courteous. They showed me before and after photos from under my house. They were an impressive, professional team. Kudos to Andre and Royal.
We are so happy with the quality of work and the level of communication from The Crawlspace Crew team! We bought a house in Cannon Beach that had some delayed maintenance issues and they made it look like new.
Royal was very polite and kept things clean and worked very hard
I contracted with this company at the beginning of May. Their original estimate was discounted to $4k from $4700. Upon having the work done they found an issue that would cost an additional $500. They did not complete the work and said they would call and schedule to complete. The next day they call me and say that they estimated my crawlspace at 450 Sq ft for an 1800 Sq ft 2 story home and my crawlspace is actually 900sq ft and they wanted an additional $3400 but since this was completely their error they would do it for $1900. Considering these are professionals and the owner is the one that quoted me, I expect accurate measuring. Also, why did they not mention this information while at my home? Lastly, Harlan, the owner admitted to them having multiple problems with estimating. Either the team needs to be re-trained or put on performance improvement plans. Underestimating a space by 50% is not quality work.
Quick note about Ariel...the young lady that was sent to remove and replace the vapor barrier under our manufactured home. She is the hardest worker I've seen in many years. Working alone she never stopped, always had a smile and a very positive attitude...THIS YOUNG LADY IS A REAL KEEPER..
From start to completion, The Crawlspace Crew (Crawlspace Masters) did an excellent job with attention to details for this kind of work. Job was completed in a timely manner, right through the subsequent Job Inspection. I highly recommend.
They got the project on the schedule quickly in an emergency and finished it in one day! Very thankful
