John was great, went into attics to determine entry of critter(s) reported by residents. Determined none in attic, but heard scratching+witnessed a squirrel outside. John then went on the roof to discover the squirrel and point of entry. Excellent service quality, professional, and great customer service in general!

John went above and beyond in telling me who (raccoon) what (urine feces mold) and why (location of access to home) of the problem. He also helped me file the claim with my insurance company. Throughout he was pleasant and polite. Obviously a credit to his company. I can rest assured the work will be competed properly.
