    Vancouver, WA·

    Decks, Bathroom Remodels

"We needed our deck redone so it is all one level and a new patio/deck cover installed. This was not an easy task because they had to raise portions of the deck and run the boards in one direction. All of this with using only the existing decking. They did an amazing job and the deck is actually more solid now than before. They did everything we asked of them and then some. The patio/deck cover is top notch. It is a 16 foot by 30 foot cover so it is not something small. They used joist hangers and hurricane braces so this cover/awning will never move. There are a lot of words there to say that we would absolutely hire this company again. The whole crew is professional, experienced and customer friendly. Amazing work. Thank you."

Comment: The subfloor in our travel trailer, 2013 Forest River RPod 178, is rotted in the front and rear corners. I’ve started some exploratory demo to determine the extent of the damage more precisely. All in all, about 80% of the floor sounds solid when tapped with a hammer. Source of the water has been partially determined/solved. Unsure if more is coming from elsewhere

Comment: Dampness in basement first noticed night of 1/17; morning of 1/18, definite water problem, started moving boxes out of the room. Water spread to laundry room, bathroom, down hall to main part of the basement. Found source of water was from the garage evening of 1/18 and had the water turned off by Water Bureau. Filed claim on 1/19, thought they were contacting someone to take care of the water mitigation; found out this afternoon, 1/22, that I was supposed to do this.
