Water spread to laundry room, bathroom, down hall to main part of the basement. Found source of water was from the garage evening of 1/18 and had the water turned off by Water Bureau. Filed claim on 1/19, thought they were contacting someone to take care of the water mitigation; found out this afternoon, 1/22, that I was supposed to do this.
