Crawlspace crew is my new go-to company for crawlspace work. I had a dead animal smell coming from my crawlspace. Crawlspace crew made it to my home that day, found a small mouse nest in the insulation of a heating duct (not easy to find). Removed that section of ducting and insulation, and treated the area with enzyme cleaners. While they were down there they corrected a number of other issues (disconnected vents, entry point closures etc) all at a reasonable cost and explaining everything to me thoroughly and proving photos of the problems and completed work. Very satisfied with the service I received from Dillon and the rest of the crawlspace crew

These crawlspace guys showed up and took care of a problem I didn't have any guts to do. My wife smelled a dead animal under the house. We thought it was in the ducting, but the co-owner of the company Dillon came through, crawled in, and after a lot of searching, found the dead rat hiding just above it. He cleared everything out, got everything sealed up again and gave several excellent options to move forward. I can't recommend the crawlspace crew enough if you find you need crawlspace remediation in Portland, Oregon or the surrounding areas.

Waited two months for Crawlspace crew to show up. Called and asked why. I was told my insurance company wouldn't take their calls. So I called my insurance company. My insurance lady said the Crawlspace Crew was trying to charge $11,000 for unnecessary work and had refused to allow the insurance company's inspector to verify any part of their proposals! This information was told to me Thursday, Sept. 21. Crawlspace Crew was supposed to start work the following Monday, 8:30 am. At 8:00 am on Monday, they called and said they would not be coming as the insurance company had not paid them! So I said I was tired of their delays and I wanted my $1000.00 deposit back. He said okay but it would take 7 to 10 business days to be back on my credit card. Crawlspace Crew was very upset that I had allowed the insurance company's inspector to do an inspection on Friday, Sept. 22. Two weeks after firing Crawlspace crew, I am happy to say the crawl space work has been completed by a reliable company for $3000. Most of the work Crawlspace crew was charging for was bogus. BEWARE!!!!!

It started out with a serious rodent problem in the crawlspace. First I had the pest control come out and they said something was dead in the crawlspace. Dillon came out and checked the crawlspace and found a leaky sewer pipe which needed immediate attention which was contributing to the rat problem. Dillon helped me fill out the insurance report and handled all the details. The work was done in a timely manner and now the crawlspace looks as clean as new. The crew that worked here were professional and courteous. They provided updates as they worked and always told me if there were any new problems they found. I highly recommend them to deal with your crawlspace problems.
