Very good customer service and on time. Only wanted bathroom and floors. Not quite what I expected. We compromised and they returned two days later.

No maam, not once did you mention only bathrooms/floors -you tried to scam us and get a FREE cleaning. The home you rent is a duplex and about 1,000 square ft. -we never discussed only doing floors/bathrooms and you were there the whole time she cleaned and never once said that When she left you told her it was great then only later complained saying she did not move a piece of heavy equipment, instead cleaning around it, and did not move heavy items you had sitting on the dryer and instead cleaned around that and you asked for the cleaning to then be FREE!!! If it was only floors/bathrooms why would you complain about the top of the dryer?

Cleaning With A Cause was AMAZING. They accommodated us at the last minute and Trinity did a fantastic job. I have never used a cleaning company before because I did not think they would meet my standard. Not only did Trinity meet my standard she exceeded it. I highly recommend Cleaning With A Cause and will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time in a 2 person team as I was expecting. Brought all their own equipment. Cleaned and detailed all the areas I requested even areas I was not expecting. Avoiding areas I specifically said they didn t need to go. Very professional. Finished right on schedule. No billing surprises. I have their number saved on my phone. Will use again.

I was looking for some one to come in and help me with the weekly deep cleaning as my health is not allowing me to do so on my own. I didn't expect someone to be able to get my level of cleaning done so fast and effectively. The service was amazing, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I am incredibly grateful and beyond satisfied with this company, and I highly recommend using them for whatever cleaning service you need!
